Two projects. One of them has a website, and it belongs to the partner.

PC Modern Towns, 54 George Street
In collaboration
Niagara on the Beach, with M5V Developments
Under construction
Commenced 2 December 2024, per the City of Port Colborne

Niagara on the Beach sells from a site M5V Developments built, owns and runs. It is a good site: floor plans, an affordability page, an investor page, and a registration list. Estate Hill is named on it as the collaborator.

PC Modern Towns is the one Estate Hill owns outright. 30 homes over 4 storeys, under way at 54 George Street since December 2024. It has no project page. Its sales apparatus is a thirty-two-page PDF carrying no prices, no square footages and no floorplans, whose only drawing is the architect's Revit sheet. And pctowns.ca, still listed in search results, no longer resolves.

Every registration taken on somebody else's domain builds somebody else's list. This is what the other one looks like.

The list is the asset.

Homes sell off a registration list long before anything is built. Every name on it should arrive on Estate Hill's own domain, qualified as a buyer, an investor or an agent, and consented at the point of entry.
